LAYUP TABLES AND LAMINATE RACKS
Evans Midwest offers several different options with index tables and laminate racks to assist in production.
Our Layup Tables
Evans Midwest builds layup tables for single sheet processing, as well as cold press stacking. The tables can be outfitted with urethane coated rollers, powered conveyance, and buffer zones to assist in production. The standard trolley arm has built-in thin sheet capability, allowing the operator to manage panels as thin as ¼”.
Our Laminate Racks
To help with laminate storage at the layup line, Evans Midwest offers several different options for laminate racks, either pneumatic or electric, In an automated system the rack has the built-in capacity to be timed for withdrawal to allow the operator a hands-free approach to laying up the laminate.
Cutting Edge Technology
The index table is a core component in the process and when used with our other machine offerings you are able to maintain a tight index line delivering a quality product. Other material handling machines can be incorporated on the downstream side assisting with the hassle free handling of a completed panel.
